Ibogaworld.com is the online retail store for Iboga World, trading in African medicinal herbs (non pharmaceutical), extracts and related goods for the international health industry. All products offered on this web site are classified by the Medicines Control Council as non-scheduled herbal supplements that can purchased freely without prescription. Iboga World reserves the right not to sell these products to countries that may have restrictions on the import of such goods.
Payment Types and Options:
Iboga World accepts credit card payments via Internet. Where customers cannot pay with a credit card, we accept direct bank deposits.
Returns and Refund Policy:
Any Internet transaction will be charged back to the merchant where: (a) the card holder submits a written complaint that neither he nor anyone authorized by him, entered into any such a transaction; (b) the goods, service or “other things of value” received by the cardholder or by a person authorized by him, are not as described on the sales voucher accompanying the product as support documentation; (c) the merchandise, which was to be sent by airfreight, post, or other means was not received by the cardholder or by a person authorized by him; (d) if the goods are broken or not suitable for the purpose for which it was sold (merchandise effective and the cardholder tendered the return).
Settlement, Fulfillments and Delivery Policy:
Goods are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving confirmed payment for goods from the buyer, unless the purchase takes place on the weekend or public holidays in which case goods will be dispatched within 1 days of the first working day thereafter. Iboga World will not dispatch goods until payment has been received in full for the purchase order. Goods are dispatched using the Courier Service or sent as Registered Post which will be the customer’s own choice
Letters or Registered Parcels. Bulk orders are facilitated by freight agents – unless a specific freight agent is appointed by the customer, Iboga World uses its own established freight agency. Iboga World will process transactions where permits or any other legal paperwork are required or exports into foreign countries.
Terms and Conditions of Resending Goods:
Iboga World WILL RESEND GOODS where: Goods that are shipped via courier and are lost during shipment or have not arrived within 30 days (except Customs delay) of order confirmation.
Security and Encryption (Customer Data Privacy Policy):
Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this web site or attempts to gain unauthorized access to any page on this web site shall be prosecuted and civil damages shall be claimed in the event that Iboga World suffers any damage or loss. The user allows Iboga World to take all reasonable steps to ensure the integrity and security of the Iboga World site and back-office applications.
Iboga World incorporates a “Modulus 10 Check Digit Algorithm” to verify the validity of card numbers. A firewall is deployed between our website database and the Internet to keep card numbers secure and confidential. The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed; Prices stated on web site include taxes
Payment Methods:

• Credit Card Payments:
  At the time of placing the order, the transaction details are presented to the bank and authorization is obtained for the amount of the order; Payment is only collected when the order is completed and the goods shipped. Note: To protect its own and the interests of its customers, Iboga World scrutinizes all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if Iboga World is not 100% satisfied with its legitimacy.
• Stock Availability: Stocks of all goods on offer are limited. Iboga World shall take all reasonable efforts to discontinue the offer as soon as stock is no longer available.

However, should items still be offered after stocks are sold, Iboga World shall only be liable to refund funds where it is unable to fulfill orders at advertised prices.
